Reservation Policy

 

 

• Minimum occupation period of one week (7 nights) from Saturday to Saturday.

• Full advanced payment payable 45 days upon check in date.

• Confirmation of reservation is subject to a written confirmation of the owner and to the payment of a deposit of eur200. In case of damage, the deposit is converted into damage compensation. The total deposit or the remains of the deposit in case of damage is reimbursed within three (3) weeks after termination of the check-out date.

• Confirmation of reservation over email our post if still available.

• Occupation fee and the terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

• Small dogs are allowed at an additional fee of eur10/dog.

• Maximum number of "permitted occupants" is 5 for apartment number 260; 6 for apartment 250 and 8 for 162

• Any extension of occupation period is subject to availability and minimum 7 nights.

• The official check-in time is Saturday15.00 hours to 18.00 hours and check-out time is Saturday 10.00 hours in the morning. 

• The fees for occupation covers one car parking lot and utilities. Housekeeping is not included. The use of the bikes is fully at your risk and subject to availability. 

• Other miscellaneous charges such as cleaning and laundry charges will be separately charged and are not included in the occupation fee. All invoices are to be settled on receipt so as to avoid any inconvenience to the resident.

• Cleaning charges are eur35 for apartment 260 and apartment 250 and eur45 for apartment 162. 

• Laundry service is available for apartment 250 for eur40 per occupation and comprehances the use during maximum two (2) weeks and the cleaning of 2 large towels, 2 small towels, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, a floormat for the bathroom, bed linnen for a doubble bed and for two single beds. 

• At least eight (8) weeks advance notice is required by email for a cancellation of a confirmed reservation, a fee of eur100 will be charged. Failing which, a cancellation fee of the total rate minus the will be charged.

• No premature termination of the occupation is allowed once the check in date take effect.
