The holiday home was acquired in 2016 to meet the demand of a reasonably priced waterfront vacation rental with garden for a family with 3 children. The apartment was refurnished in 2017.

Positioned to the south and to the lake and the children Island, this holiday home offers its residents an exceptional summer feeling in a contemporary atmosphere.

In the living room, you will find a dinner table; a sofa; TV table; TV, radio and plenty of storage room. Furthermore we can offer family games and novels.
The kitchen area is fully equipped to cook for 5 people and some guests including a coffee maker, freezer, fridge, toaster and 4 cooking plates. There are sufficient accessories to serve an appetizer or picnic and to have a BBQ. Cot and high chair are also available on demand.

The frontyard has a terrace with outdoor furniture. Furthermore, a BBQ in the backyard is at your disposal.

Across the entrance of the apartment lies the children island. It is a true island connected to the main land by 4 bridges. The island accommodates a play ground, a grand wooden castle, walking paths, open grass field, shadow areas, a bouncing castle, a splash park and a wakepark. The island is car-free and admission is free to.
