Rates are for one appartment for one week.

The fees for occupation covers one car parking lot and utilities. Housekeeping, towels and bed linnen is not included in the occupation fee mentioned above and falls under the responsability of the renter.

Other miscellaneous charges such as cleaning or laundry will be separately charged.

Please contact us in case you wish to use our bed linnen (available for appartment 250 and 260), a cleaning service.

Laundry service includes the use during maximum 2 weeks and the cleaning of 1 large towel pp, 2 small towels, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, a floormat for the bathroom and bed linnen for all the beds.

Small well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of eur10 per week in app 250 and app 260.

Charging the car is upon demand and upfront a fixed weekly fee.
