Reservation Policy

 

 

• Minimum occupation period of one week (7 nights) from Saturday to Saturday.

• Full advanced payment payable 90 days upon check in date

• Confirmation of reservation as soon as the guarantee of eur200 is payed.

• Occupation fee and the terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

• Small dogs are allowed at an additional fee of eur10/dog.

• Maximum number of "permitted occupants" is 5 for apartment number 260; 6 for apartment 250 and 8 for 162

• Any extension of occupation period is subject to availability and minimum 7 nights.

• The official check-in time is Saturday16.00 hours and check-out time is Saturday 10.00 hours in the morning. 

• The fees for occupation covers one car parking lot and utilities. Housekeeping is not included. The use of the bikes is fully at your risk. 

• Other miscellaneous charges such as cleaning and laundry charges will be separately charged and are not included in the occupation fee. Cleaning charges are eur35 for apartment 260 and apartment 250 and eur45 for apartment 162.

• All invoices are to be settled on receipt so as to avoid any inconvenience to the resident.

• At least eight (8) weeks advance notice is required by email for a cancellation of a confirmed reservation, a fee of eur100 will be charged. Failing which, a cancellation fee of the total rate plus prevailing GST will be charged.

• No premature termination of the occupation is allowed once the check in date take effect.
