Vakantie Hourtin

My parents discovered Hourtin when I was still a child. I was fortunate to spend most of our summer holidays at Hourtin. Lac d'Hourtin is the place were I learned to ride horses, to windsurf and to sail.  For all, I remember it as a place were I enjoyed a lot of freedom as a child as the vast majority of Hourtin Port is carfree, the lake is calm and the beach is not too busy. 

 

And now many years later...

 

My children spend most of their summer holidays at Hourtin. I believe this says it all!
